22,000 sq. ft. home won competition in early 90.s  Client desired a Contemporary home with an Ancient Americas (Mayan) character.  A courtyard design provides natural light from two sides for most rooms.  South western wing immerges from hillside with sod roof.Courtyard home:  One of 4 planned buildings on a 30 acre site, the home was located in a meadow, designed around over 50 mature trees.  Out buildings included a pool pavilion, servant quarters, guest house and garages for the owner's car collection.Bluff top Contemporary home of 10,000 sq. ft. designed in mid 90's.  Inspiration from the movement of waves and water generated a curvilinear character element for detailing interest.Rambling Colonial designed to capture expansive views of coastline to downtown Los Angeles.   Note only 3 bedrooms included in the design.  For resale concerns, pool pavilion capable of being reconfigured to add 3 additional bedroom suites.
