A very narrow lot, with topographical challenges to the southeast,  generated a long and narrow footprint.  With the Vincent Thomas Bridge in the distance, the entry-living wing was angled at a 45 degree to frame this landmark.Courtyard home from the motor court. See the aerial photograph for true size of home.Recently completed, this 13, 500 sq. ft. home has expansive covered porches exceeding 3,000 sq. ft.  for outdoor living.  As a "courtyard" design, this home appears to be much smaller than it's actual size.
